At what time should I arrive?
Please come on time. If you are late, unfortunately we can´t wait.
And it might be impossible to offer you another space for a later trip. Refunds will not be issued if you miss the trip due to late or non-arrival, please check in at least 15 minutes before departure time.
Do you provide dry bags?
Yes, one 40 Liter bag per double Kayak.
The tour includes snorkeling ?
Yes, all equipment included.
Where can I leave my belongings?
You can leave in our individual locker for free.
Do you have lockers?
Yes.
Can I or we choose single kayaks?
No, we only have 1 single kayak for uneven groups.
The guide organizes the groups before the departure.
If you are alone or an uneven group you go in a single kayak or with another client.
How long is the tour?
Between 2:30 to 3:00 depend the size of the group, tide, level of participants and the sea conditions.
Can I call to book ?
No, to confirm the booking, you have to come first to our stand or you can use our online booking option to book a tour.
Are you open all year around?
From March/April until end Of October depend of the weather and sea conditions.
Can I rent a kayak?
NO, we only do organized tours with a guide.
Where can I park my car?
You can park your car in the paid underground parking (cheap, cool and safe) on the main avenue. This is at 15 minutes walking from our stand. There is NO parking nearer the kayaks.

What do we need to bring and wear?
Please bring towel, water, sunscreen and a hat or cap. Out in the Ocean there is nothing to buy, so feel free to bring a snack as well.
Bring shorts, bikini or swimming suit.
Do you have special prices for children?
Small children can come for free in a double kayak.
We have a limited space so we charge by seat, if the children in not small to go in the middle of two adults we have to charge the same as an adult.
How big are the groups?
Maximum of 6 kayaks per guide.
Do we stop at the beach?
Yes.
What is the cancellation policy?
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.
It's not mandatory but advisable.
Since 2011 we had many clients who did not know how to swim but with the use of lifejacket they did the tour without problems.

Can I take my smartphone or camera with me?
You can bring but we take NO responsability if you lost, drop in the water or any damages.
Do you accept credit card?
No, we don’t have electricity in our stand.To pay with credit card you have to book online.

Do you go to the Benagil cave?
No, Benagil cave is not in Lagos. Is 30 km away.
